Irish 4 Reproductive Health began distributing free contraceptives to students on Notre Dame’s campus on February 15, 2018, at noon, at the Main Circle, where they handed out 1,000 condoms. Since then, they have expanded their outreach to include the distribution of free abortifacients and providing support for students seeking abortions—all openly and without any reprisal from either the Jenkins or Dowd administrations.
